Singapore addresses: six-digit postcodes and unit numbers
Test building, block and unit fields without inventing a verified postal association.
Treat a unit separately
A building or block, street, and a unit such as #12-34 can all be needed. Keep the unit as an optional string instead of extracting it as arithmetic. Put Singapore and the six-digit postcode together in the display when appropriate.
Avoid plausible but unrelated codes
A six-digit value can pass syntax validation and still be unrelated to the selected building. fakeloc currently retains a small legacy Singapore sample, explicitly marked unverified. Generated streets are for tests, not delivery, and should not be advertised as a comprehensive Singapore address database.
Test the boundary conditions
Test missing unit numbers, leading zeros in the postcode, pasted multiline addresses and export round-trips. Use SingPost address/postal tools for a real destination. Save both raw input and any normalized version so support can explain a mismatch.
